All of steps listed below must be completed in order to earn your degree:

• Submit the program graduation information. You will receive this information directly from your program.
• Submit the University Graduation Application form. The registrar will send you an email regarding how to order and receive your diploma.
• Clear your accounts with the following departments:
  • Campus Store – loaner equipment; purchased equipment
  • Library – outstanding borrowed books/equipment
  • Financial Aid – Exit counseling; emergency loan payback
  • Student Accounts – balances owed
  • University Student Affairs – ADA equipment returned
  • Your program – Incompletes; make up days
