How do I order a pdf of my official transcript?

During the ordering process, you will be given the option to send your official transcript electronically. You will need to provide the email address of the receiving party. You are also responsible for ensuring that the receiving party understands that they are responsible for downloading your transcript when they are notified that it is available. The downloading of your transcript PDF file will be done in a secure and encrypted manner.

Attachments/documents can be uploaded during the ordering process.

If you attended MBKU before 1991, a pdf version of your official/unofficial transcript may take longer since they need to be digitized.  Please allow additional time.

How do I include a document (attachment) with my transcript order?

During the ordering process you have the opportunity to upload a document.  If the document requires processing by the registrar office, then you can email your attachment to registrar@ketchum.edu or drop it off at our office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Once our office process the attachment, you will receive an email that your order is now complete.

Why am I being asked for an authorization?

For your protection, National Student Clearinghouse requires additional confirmation that the student is the person ordering the official transcript. The authorization is required when the information entered during the ordering process doesn't match what MBKU has on record for the student. 

How do I get unofficial transcripts?

Log into My.Ketchum.edu and choose the My Records tab. Select Unofficial Transcript. We are not able to provide PDF version of the Unofficial Transcript at this time.
